At Legends Place, residents can enjoy programs including awareness, educational topics and social events. Also, Legends Place has great amenities and apartment features which complement any lifestyle.
Individual leases are offered for the benefit of both parents and residents. Each resident is responsible for his/her own contract in the event that a roommate moves out. You may review a sample contract or access a copy of the parent/sponsor guaranty on the Forms page of our website. If your son/daughter/guarantee cannot fulfill his or her lease for any reason, he or she will need to find a replacement. Legends Place does not allow subletting; your son/daughter/guarantee will need to pay a transfer fee and the replacement will have to sign a new lease to take over the rest of your son/daughter/guarantee’s lease term.
